We believe that purchasing a watch should feel deliberate and considered, which is why we encourage every client to review the complete product description, imagery, specifications, dimensions, available variations, and other relevant information prior to completing an order. In keeping with the nature of our collection and the manner in which each order is prepared for fulfillment, all purchases placed through our store are considered final. We do not generally accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been submitted and entered into processing. This final-sale structure enables us to maintain a carefully controlled ordering and fulfillment process while preserving the distinctive standards, presentation, and pricing philosophy associated with our brand. We understand that selecting a timepiece is a personal decision, and we therefore encourage clients to take the necessary time to ensure that their chosen model, finish, color, size, and other specifications correspond with their individual preferences before proceeding to checkout. While we make every reasonable effort to provide accurate processing and delivery estimates, shipping timelines may vary according to destination, carrier conditions, international transportation networks, customs procedures, seasonal volumes, public holidays, and other circumstances that may arise after an order has been placed. Estimated delivery windows are therefore provided as guidance rather than an unconditional guarantee of arrival on a particular date, unless expressly stated otherwise. Once an order has entered fulfillment, it may no longer be possible to amend the shipping address, modify the selected item, or cancel the transaction, as processing may occur across multiple fulfillment stages. Clients are consequently asked to review all delivery information carefully before submitting payment. Where tracking information is available, it will generally be provided once the relevant shipment has been processed and tracking data has been made available by the applicable carrier. Tracking events may occasionally take time to appear or may remain unchanged temporarily while a parcel is travelling between facilities, undergoing customs procedures, or awaiting a carrier scan. Such periods do not necessarily indicate that an order has been lost or abandoned. International deliveries may also be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, or other destination-specific fees imposed by local authorities, which, where applicable, remain the responsibility of the recipient. Circumstances such as carrier delays, customs inspections, weather disruptions, logistical interruptions, incorrect delivery information, or unsuccessful delivery attempts may affect the anticipated arrival of an order and are not ordinarily grounds for cancellation or refund. We ask that clients allow the appropriate time for the international fulfillment process to progress and, where assistance is required, contact our support team with the relevant order information so that the matter can be reviewed with the appropriate care and attention.
Our timepieces are designed to be appreciated as expressions of personal style, contemporary design, and individual taste, and we encourage clients to care for their watch in accordance with its intended specifications. Particular attention should be given to exposure to water, moisture, chemicals, extreme temperatures, impacts, magnetic fields, and other conditions that may affect the appearance or operation of a timepiece. Unless the product description specifically identifies a particular level of water resistance or suitability for a defined activity, clients should not assume that a watch is appropriate for swimming, bathing, diving, showering, or prolonged exposure to water. Water resistance is not necessarily a permanent characteristic and may be influenced over time by wear, impact, aging of seals, servicing, or other conditions. Similarly, normal signs of use, including minor surface marks or gradual changes associated with regular wear, are not inherently indicative of a manufacturing defect. We take pride in presenting our collection with accuracy and care, and in the uncommon circumstance that a client believes there is a genuine issue with an item received, we invite them to contact our customer care team with their order details and a clear description of the concern. Each matter can then be reviewed individually and with appropriate consideration of the product, circumstances, and applicable policies. Contacting customer care does not, however, automatically establish an entitlement to a return, exchange, refund, or replacement. Any assistance or resolution offered will be determined in accordance with the circumstances and applicable requirements. Nothing contained within these policies is intended to remove, restrict, or override any consumer rights that are mandatory under the laws applicable to the client’s purchase. Where applicable law provides rights that cannot legally be excluded, those rights remain unaffected. Outside of such legally required protections, the purchase is understood to be final and subject to the terms presented at the time of checkout.
